Recipes - Vegetables - Plank-Grilled Squash
- 1 squash
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 - 4 tbsp your choice of syrup or honey
- Northern White Cedar Platter-Sized Planks soaked in apple juice for about 20 minutes 1 hour
Prepare squash and cut into slices or chunks. Microwave squash for a few minutes and place on the grilling plank. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the planked squash. Grill until squash is tender and additional ingredients are caramelized.
