Recipes - Fish and Seafood - Planked Seafood


  • ¼ lb fresh tuna steak
  • ¼ lb fresh shrimp
  • ¼ cup scallops
  • sesame ginger salad dressing
  • red peppers
  • yellow peppers
  • Northern White Cedar Platter-Sized Plank soaked in water for about 20 minutes - 1 hour


Lightly oil the grilling plank to prevent sticking. Arrange tuna, shrimp, and scallops on the plank. Add pepper strips for color. When grill is ready, remove tuna steak and sear lightly on both sides. Return it to the wood plank. Generously drizzle sesame ginger dressing over the seafood. Place plank directly on the grilling surface. Shut the lid. Cook for approximately 20 minutes.
