Recipes - Poultry - Lime Chicken


  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 4 chopped green onions
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • your choice of Smoking Chips soaked in water or the liquid of your choice for about 5 minutes


Pound chicken breasts to flatten. Combine lime juice, oil, onions, garlic, 2 tablespoons dill and pepper into a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 2 - 4 hours. Drain and discard marinade. Preheat grill to medium heat and add smoking chips in your Smokerin™ smoker box or directly on the charcoal if using a charcoal grill. Grill chicken over medium heat for 12 - 15 minutes or until tender and juices run clear. Sprinkle with remaining dill before serving.
