Recipes - Vegetables - Corn and Potatoes


  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tsp your choice of herbs
  • your choice of olive oil or vegetable oil
  • your choice of Platter-Sized Planks soaked in water for about 20 minutes 2½ hours


Slice potatoes thin and coat with oil. Arrange on prepared grilling plank. Add corn, green onions and herbs. Grill until potatoes are tender.
